Currently our sole Milk Chocolate bar, we felt that the flavor profile of the beans sourced from Kokoa Kamili Fermentary in Africa melded best with the hormone-free whole milk we use to create this confection.
This cacao was directly traded and certified organic, grown from Trinitario, Nacional hybrid seedlings. It was then fermented for 6 days in 3-tier wooden boxes locally sourced and constructed from eucalyptus in Africa before being sun dried on raised drying tables.
As mentioned, besides the primary flavor of milk, you might taste hints of chocolate in addition to cherry, coffee, and lemon notes when savoring these bars.
