The chocolate made of beans sourced from the Ucayali River Cacao Fermentary in Peru are some of the brightest, fruitiest flavors we have ever tasted in a chocolate bar.
This cacao was directly traded and grown from Local Trinitario ancestors, ICS, TSH. After being fermented in stages in wooden boxes, it was sun dried on elevated racks in greenhouses.
Besides bright notes of fruit, you might taste hints of tang in addition to cedar and mocha in these unique chocolate bars.
