One of our most popular origins, our bars made from the cacao sourced from the Kokoa Kamili Fermentary in Tanzania have a familiar chocolaty flavor to them.
This cacao was directly traded and certified organic, grown from Trinitario, Nacional hybrid seedlings. It was then fermented for 6 days in 3-tier wooden boxes locally sourced and constructed from eucalyptus in Africa before being sun dried on raised drying tables.
As mentioned, you might taste hints of chocolate in addition to cherry, coffee, and lemon notes when savoring these bars.
